Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to me. They are reserved especially for you.

I understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary and can’t be helped.

As you may already know, I’m always very understanding when customers are ill & will try my best to reschedule you.

Therefore, I respectfully ask for at least 48 hours notice to avoid a 50% charge.

If the cancellation is less than 24 hours notice, e.g on the day of your appointment or very late the day before, then this will incur a 100% charge of the cost of your treatment.

An appointment confirmation is sent via email at time of booking, which can be saved directly into your calendar on your phone or computer. A reminder text message is also sent the day before your scheduled appointment. Both of these are to help manage your appointments & to avoid them being missed.

Please understand that when you cancel your appointment at short notice, because you’ve forgotten, you’re stuck at work, running late etc. I then miss the opportunity to fill in that appointment time (and I lose the money). The customers on my waiting list also miss out on the opportunity to receive their treatment. (Remember, this could be you on my waiting list!)

As a small business, I politely ask you to respect my cancellation policy.
